My Own Testimony
I was born in Malaysia. My family is Buddhist. When I was about 17 years old, I met a sister in Christ from the local church in Petaling Jaya in Malaysia. She told me about the Lord Jesus and that I had a spirit to contact, to receive, and to enjoy God (John 4:24; John 20:22; Lamentations 3:55-56). She said God is Spirit, just like the air, we can breathe Him in, by calling upon His name. On my way home, I was calling on the name of the Lord: “O Lord Jesus.” It was so satisfying, so sweet, so real, so enjoyable. I found Him the One I love. All these years I have stayed in the church. I love Watchman Nee's books. His biography and his testimonies, etc. encourage me to love the Lord even more. In 1992 I came to America and now meet with the church in Sacramento. I read through all the Life-studies of the Bible by Witness Lee, and these writings have also propelled me in my Christian life.
